Mount PILATUS (Switzerland)

The trip we made to reach Mount Pilatus (2132 m) is called the Silver Round Trip. It starts from Lucerne, you need to take the train to Alpnachstad. From there you need to use Pilatusbahn (the steepest cogwheel railway that you may know from the previous post). The way down is by two cableways to Kriens. From there by bus back to Lucerne. If you are lucky enough to go there during the summer you can take the Golden Round Trip that includes a boat trip.
